Job Summary:

This individual will assist the Bonds Department in servicing bond accounts. This person will receive bond requests from clients, obtain permission from Surety companies to issue, physically prepare the bond, invoice the client, and make the appropriate entries into our Agency Management Systems.

This position has flexibility on office location and could be located in any one of our offices throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. Hybrid/remote schedule is also a possibility for this position.

What you bring to the table:

• 1+ years’ experience with Bonds preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relative field preferred or equivalent in work experience
• Producer license preferred
• Fluency in MS Office products
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, colleagues, and underwriters
• Ability to communicate clearly, to work well with others, and to manage time effectively
